Immediately after browsing “Blood In The Cage” my eyes had been opened and problems I never ever would have asked had been answered. Your Autistic Child Can Be Taught Swimming–Is This Possible?
Article by Bonita Darula
I remember when my father took my brother swimming, it was considered to be impossible for a child with autism to learn how to swim. But, my bother did learn how to swim. I am now a positive believer that your child with autism can be taught how to swim in addition, it is beneficial for your child and you.
Before you decide to teach your child about swimming or to swim, be sure your child is use to the water and is aware of the dangers. Be sure you have a professional swimming instructor with your child. Most children with autism are not always aware of their surroundings, they do not feel confident, or have good communication skills to understand the danger that water can bring.
You may want to call the YMCA, or community organizations in your area that may offer swimming programs for children with disabilities. Find out if your child will have one-on-one directions for swimming, or will he or she have several instructors. Introduce
Cue Sports

History
Inset from School of Recreation, 1710. “We perceive from the engraving of the Billiards of the seventtenth century, that the game was altogether different from what it is now.”
All cue sports are generally regarded to have evolved into indoor games from outdoor stick-and-ball lawn games (retroactively termed ground billiards), and as such to be related to trucco, croquet and golf, and more distantly to the stickless bocce and bowls.
The first known mention of a form of the word “billiards” appears in Edmund Spenser’s Mother Hubberd’s Tale in 1591, where he speaks of “all thriftles games that may be found … with dice, with cards, with balliards.” The word “billiard” may have
Martial Arts Sparring

Chances are your instructor will not let you spar until you’ve attained a certain level of physical fitness and have mastered some basic techniques. That means being able to withstand a hit should you be unfortunate enough to take one. It also means you understand not only how to perform basic punches, kicks, and strikes, but why they are performed the way they are. Once you’ve progressed that far, you will be slowly introduced to sparring.
One of the best ways for new students to start learning about sparring is by observing it in action. Take every opportunity to carefully watch your classmates spar. It’s too easy and common for new students to let their minds wander during a sparring session because they don’t understand what’s happening. Indeed,
Sports Anthems

In between plays and during a timeout or with a score of some kind, stadiums who host sporting events have longed turned to popular music to get the crowd energized or to celebrate for the home team. Some players even have specific songs that are played when they make an appearance or great play. Music also provides an interlude and break from a baseball game when a stadium usually plays “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” for the seventh inning stretch. Let’s explore some of the more popular “energy songs” and anthems that are part of the sports landscape.
The group “Steam” has a song that is played at many sporting events usually when the home team has secured a victory or if a player gets tossed from the game. The taunting “Na Na Na Na Hey Hey Goodbye”
